Privacy Policy – Lead Scraper Sheet

Last updated: 3 May 2026

This privacy policy describes how the Lead Scraper Sheet application ("the app") accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you authorise it through Google.

The app is an internal tool operated by Plus Equals To Ltd ("we", "us") to help our team manage outbound lead-tracking spreadsheets in Google Sheets.

1. Who operates the app

Plus Equals To Ltd, registered in England.
Contact: [email protected]

2. What Google data we access

When you authorise the app with your Google account, we request the following OAuth scope:

  • Google Sheets API (read/write) – to read and write rows in spreadsheets that you explicitly select or that the app creates on your behalf.

We do not access:

  • Your Gmail messages or contacts
  • Your Google Drive files outside of the spreadsheets you select
  • Your Google Calendar
  • Your YouTube data
  • Any other Google service

3. How we use the data

The app uses Google Sheets data solely to:

  • Read existing rows in a spreadsheet you have authorised, so the app can avoid creating duplicates and continue from where it left off.
  • Append or update rows in that same spreadsheet to record lead-tracking information (business name, website, contact details, outreach status, follow-up dates, notes).

The app does not use Google Sheets data for advertising, profiling, training machine-learning models, or any purpose other than the lead-tracking workflow described above.

4. How we store the data

  • The app reads and writes data live to Google Sheets through Google's official API.
  • The app does not maintain its own copy of your spreadsheet contents on external servers.
  • OAuth tokens issued by Google are stored locally on the authorised user's machine (or in a secured environment variable on the server running the app) and are used only to authenticate API requests on your behalf.
  • Tokens can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.

The only third party involved in processing this data is Google itself, via the Google Sheets API, in order to complete the read/write operations you have authorised.

6. Data retention and deletion

  • We do not store Google Sheets data outside of the user's own spreadsheets.
  • OAuth tokens are deleted when you revoke access via your Google account permissions page, or on request by emailing [email protected].
  • To request deletion of any data the app may have written into your own spreadsheets, you can simply edit or delete those rows in Google Sheets directly.

7. Security

  • All connections to Google APIs use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
  • Access to the app's running environment is restricted to authorised Plus Equals To Ltd personnel.
  • We follow Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Compliance with Google's Limited Use policy

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing features described in this policy and is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with the user's prior consent.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
